You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your order. We aim to keep shipping affordable while ensuring your art arrives safely and securely.

Packaging

Prints are carefully packed in sturdy tubes or flat mailers to prevent damage during transit. Each order is handled with care and attention.

International Orders & Customs

We’re proud to ship worldwide!

If you’re ordering from outside the U.S. or the EU, your country’s customs office may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon arrival of your package.

  • These fees are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.

  • Customs policies vary widely, please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

  • Unfortunately, we can’t predict or control these charges, and they are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, the cost of return shipping and any applicable fees may be deducted from your refund.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check with household members or neighbours.

  • Contact your local post office.

  • If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship globally using Printful’s trusted network of fulfilment centres.

How are your prints produced?

All prints are made on demand using museum-quality materials through Printful’s professional printing service.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin fulfilment quickly, so cancellations or changes are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible.

My print arrived damaged — what should I do?

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement free of charge.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each print is made to order, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse. However, if your print arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it right away.
